This has been the best experience I have ever had at this ENT office. The staff is courteous, professional, and always keeps me informed and updated on my situation, along with the doctor. Sandra provided the right information and guidance I needed regarding my nose condition. I am feeling much better, although I still have a long way to go. Thank you for everything you do for me and for all the other patients who come through your office. Your care, kindness, and dedication are truly appreciated.

Excellent consultation visit. It’s been a long time since a healthcare provider made me feel ‘heard’. She was thorough and seems very knowledgeable in her field. Left there with a great plan forward which was my goal for the appt.

I had a very disappointing experience with Aspire Allergy and Sinus. I was charged around $500 for a consultation where no actual tests were performed. The appointment mainly consisted of discussing different treatment plans, and that was it. What made the experience even worse was the lack of customer service afterward. When I tried calling to discuss the charges and get clarification, nobody seemed willing to help. I was either ignored, transferred to different lines repeatedly, or unable to get a clear answer from anyone. For the amount charged, I expected proper testing, transparency, and professional communication. Unfortunately, I did not receive any of that. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
