Aspire describes ExACT Immunoplasty℠ as a form of intralymphatic immunotherapy: small amounts of allergen go into the inguinal lymph node, in the groin, under ultrasound guidance, three times over eight weeks. The practice says each procedure takes about 5 to 10 minutes, followed by a 60 minute observation period, and that up to three allergens can be included in each treatment series. The first step is an allergy test, which Aspire says covers up to 58 allergens with results the same day. If ExACT is a fit, the first treatment can be scheduled that same day. Patients need an epinephrine auto injector on treatment days, and anyone taking a beta blocker must have their doctor pause it for at least 24 hours before each treatment. Aspire also lists allergy drops, allergy shots, food allergy testing, oral immunotherapy for food allergies and sinus care among its services.

BE AWARE OF SHADY BILLING PRACTICES!! I wish I had read more reviews before choosing this place. You will see Aspire Allergy and Sinus has a pretty horrendous history of over billing, misquoting costs, and charging for products and services that were never received. They have an F from the Better Business Bureau, and Yelp isn't much better. I had an annual sinus checkup, received a bill for my co-pay ($150) and I paid it. Three weeks later, I received another bill, this was for a "nasal endoscopy" costing an additional $165. When I inquired about the charge, I explained I did not have an endoscopy , just an annual checkup. I was told it was because the doctor looked in my nose. WHAT?? How is looking in each nostril for 2 seconds, NOT included as part of an annual sinus checkup. I was told this was standard practice for them. When I kept pressing the matter to understand why they were misleading their patients, they hung up on me. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Staff is VERY friendly. Everyone we encountered was so sweet with my 19 month old and made sure he was happy and comfortable. Anna Wendel, NP was fantastic and we left reassured, heard, and more knowledgeable than we arrived.

Miss Sharri at the front desk is always kind and welcoming, and the techs who bring you to the back are just as pleasant. Miss Anna is very helpful and always explains what’s needed from me. I haven’t experienced any issues at all.
