About This Practice

Aspire's Sanford office is at 1821 WP Ball Blvd, in Sanford. According to the practice, it serves Sanford and nearby areas such as Enclave at Tuscany, Lake Monroe and Heathrow. Aspire describes ExACT Immunoplasty℠ as a form of intralymphatic immunotherapy: small amounts of allergen go into the inguinal lymph node, in the groin, under ultrasound guidance, three times over eight weeks. The practice says each procedure takes about 5 to 10 minutes, followed by a 60 minute observation period, and that up to three allergens can be included in each treatment series. The first step is an allergy test, which Aspire says covers up to 58 allergens with results the same day. If ExACT is a fit, the first treatment can be scheduled that same day. Patients need an epinephrine auto injector on treatment days, and anyone taking a beta blocker must have their doctor pause it for at least 24 hours before each treatment. Aspire also lists allergy drops, allergy shots, food allergy testing, oral immunotherapy for food allergies and sinus care among its services.

Morgan is amazing! I’ve been going to the Sanford facility for a few years and Morgan has definitely made my day more than I’d like to admit. She’s kind, caring, friendly, and helps me in any way she can. Also, the staff is always kind, caring and friendly as well, I’ve created a relationship with everyone there. It’s always clean and they always have a Keurig with everything available to make coffee, and snacks.

I’m giving Morgan 5 stars. Her staff was pleasant and attentive. I also have never spoken with a provider whom genuinely heard me prior to Morgan. I didn’t have to convince her I was having issues. I didn’t have to pull out my mile long list of symptoms and pictures to make her listen. She just did and as a woman whom often gets dismissed, I will be continually returning to Morgan. The only thing I wish changed is something on the preparation portion. I was told via text messages from the automated number to prepare for skin prick testing and stop my medication for 5 days. I did so and was miserable. Then ended up not needing the testing this visit. This is not a reflection on Morgan or her team. Just a tidbit of info.

Longer than anticipated wait time but worth it. The PA was focused, cordial, provided multiple solutions and options. Spent a great deal of time explaining the prognosis and potential solutions. Answered a variety of questions along with payment options for budgeting. Definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.
