Accessibility Statement
Effective as of October 1, 2026
Open Air Allergy Network, operated by Green in Blue Digital LLC, wants everyone to be able to use openairallergynetwork.com, including people with disabilities. We're working to make the site accessible and easy to use for all visitors.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive disabilities.
What we do
- Pages use headings and landmarks, so screen readers can navigate them.
- Images that carry information have text descriptions.
- Text, buttons, and links are designed to meet WCAG color contrast guidelines, and links are distinguished by more than color alone.
- Forms have labels, and form errors are described in text.
- The site can be used with a keyboard, and the menu marks the current section for screen readers.
- The layout adjusts to phones, tablets, and zoomed-in text.
Conformance status
We believe the site partially conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conforms" means some parts of the content may not fully meet the standard. We review accessibility as we add and change features.
Known limitations
- Map on the search results page. The map may be hard to use with a keyboard or a screen reader. The list view shows the same practices, with the same information, in an accessible format.
- Third-party content. Some content comes from other sources, such as review excerpts from Google and Yelp, and we can't fully control how accessible it is.
Feedback and help
If you have trouble using any part of the site, or you have suggestions for making it more accessible, please let us know. Tell us the page and the problem, and we'll work to fix it or get you the information another way.
- Use the contact form on our About page and choose "Accessibility" as the reason, or
- email accessibility@openairallergynetwork.com.
We aim to respond within 5 business days.
