Its website lists Dr. Madiha Huq and Donna Yu (PA-C) at this office. Aspire describes ExACT Immunoplasty℠ as a form of intralymphatic immunotherapy: small amounts of allergen go into the inguinal lymph node, in the groin, under ultrasound guidance, three times over eight weeks. The practice says each procedure takes about 5 to 10 minutes, followed by a 60 minute observation period, and that up to three allergens can be included in each treatment series. The first step is an allergy test, which Aspire says covers up to 58 allergens with results the same day. If ExACT is a fit, the first treatment can be scheduled that same day. Patients need an epinephrine auto injector on treatment days, and anyone taking a beta blocker must have their doctor pause it for at least 24 hours before each treatment. Aspire also lists allergy drops, allergy shots, food allergy testing, oral immunotherapy for food allergies and sinus care among its services.

Shelby★★★★★

We had a really positive experience at this ENT office. Nick at check-in was efficient and clear, and the process felt streamlined. Since we completed forms online ahead of time, the in-office paperwork was minimal, which was refreshing. Jessica, the medical assistant, was great. She handled the first part of our appointment and made sure we received the CD we needed and kept everything moving efficiently. You can tell by her experience, she’s been a loyal part of the team a long time :) Donna Yu was an all-around informed, understanding, and thorough provider. She did not dismiss my concerns and took the time to listen carefully to his symptoms. I also appreciated that she ordered appropriate testing, which helped identify the issue we had coming in. She approached everything with a high level of professionalism, and we felt well taken care of throughout the visit.
