Its website lists Erika Mullen (PA-C) at this office. Aspire describes ExACT Immunoplasty℠ as a form of intralymphatic immunotherapy: small amounts of allergen go into the inguinal lymph node, in the groin, under ultrasound guidance, three times over eight weeks. The practice says each procedure takes about 5 to 10 minutes, followed by a 60 minute observation period, and that up to three allergens can be included in each treatment series. The first step is an allergy test, which Aspire says covers up to 58 allergens with results the same day. If ExACT is a fit, the first treatment can be scheduled that same day. Patients need an epinephrine auto injector on treatment days, and anyone taking a beta blocker must have their doctor pause it for at least 24 hours before each treatment. Aspire also lists allergy drops, allergy shots, food allergy testing, oral immunotherapy for food allergies and sinus care among its services.

I am writing this review about 6 months after my surgery so I could share the results. I would say it is definitely worth it since I haven’t had a sinus infection since the surgery, before I was getting them every 3 months. The recovery time was longer than expected, I was not feeling well for a week and the first 12 hours after I was constantly bleeding. I was able to get with the after hours contact and they told me what to do and that helped. The morning of your surgery if you don’t have a super early appointment be ready to wait. The day of my procedure they had over 30 procedures that day. Afterwards I needed to get the records to my allergist so I could get a medicated spray to prevent future polyps and that was easy. When going thru it I agree with other reviewers that the communication isn’t great so you just need to ask your questions and ensure you have the info you need m. I would recommend this surgery to those suffering from recurring sinus infections. Be sure you have all the contacts you need incase you need help when you get home. I was glad I had a week where I could take it easy after because it definitely took awhile to feel better. I am breathing better and glad I got the surgery.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Aspire Allergy in Grapevine. I want to sincerely thank Erica and Zulem for their outstanding care and support. They went above and beyond to help me navigate my insurance and quickly find an appointment, which made a huge difference for me. I take a very expensive asthma injection, and they were able to work through my insurance, obtain the authorization, and ensure that my treatment was not delayed even one day. That level of dedication and efficiency truly meant so much to me. Both of them are incredibly professional, respectful, efficient, and genuinely compassionate with their patients. You can truly feel that they care. Erica, the nurse practitioner, is amazing—very knowledgeable, smart, and she brings such a warm and friendly energy with her great sense of humor. She made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. I’m very grateful for the care I received and highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Sule did a fantastic job with my septoplasty, and the clinical outcome was great. However, the overall clinic experience was severely dragged down by Aspire's front-desk staff and their active enforcement of hostile third-party policies. Rude, Bossy Staff & Unsanitary Intake Hygiene: The receptionist was condescending, rude, and bossy, barking out orders rather than treating patients with basic respect. To make matters worse, she was visibly licking her fingers to separate paper intake forms before handing the saliva-contaminated paperwork directly to me. Handing contaminated paperwork to a patient about to undergo invasive surgery is completely unacceptable. Administrative Gatekeeping: The front-desk receptionist forced me to schedule my post-op checkup immediately, refused to listen to my schedule concerns, denied me an early morning option, and simply dictated an appointment time that suited her. Enforcing & Ratifying Hostile Policies: Aspire does not just contract with Ambulatory Anesthesia Care—they actively back up, ratify, and enforce their rigid policies at the door. Ambulatory Anesthesia Care was incredibly rude, demanding, and dehumanizing to deal with, and Aspire chose to ratify their unreasonable, expensive and inconvenient transportation requirement rather than defend their patients. If you are single and live alone and you have no one to drive you to your appointment and stay with you the entire time, you are just out of luck. They will not allow to use Uber or Lyft. You will have no choice but to hire a private medical transportation company which may cost hundreds of dollars that you have to spend out of your pocket. They don't care. They just make demands without any input from you. while forcing you to pay for their policy choices. Dr. Sule is a top-tier surgeon, but Aspire management needs to retrain their front desk and stop ratifying third-party policies that treat paying patients disrespectfully.
