About This Practice

Aspire's Flower Mound office is at 3170 Justin Rd, Suite 403, in Highland Village. According to the practice, it serves Highland Village and nearby areas such as Double Oak, Copper Canyon and Lantana. Its website lists Donna Yu (PA-C) at this office. Aspire describes ExACT Immunoplasty℠ as a form of intralymphatic immunotherapy: small amounts of allergen go into the inguinal lymph node, in the groin, under ultrasound guidance, three times over eight weeks. The practice says each procedure takes about 5 to 10 minutes, followed by a 60 minute observation period, and that up to three allergens can be included in each treatment series. The first step is an allergy test, which Aspire says covers up to 58 allergens with results the same day. If ExACT is a fit, the first treatment can be scheduled that same day. Patients need an epinephrine auto injector on treatment days, and anyone taking a beta blocker must have their doctor pause it for at least 24 hours before each treatment. Aspire also lists allergy drops, allergy shots, food allergy testing, oral immunotherapy for food allergies and sinus care among its services.

⭐ Review: Please Read Before Booking I want to share my experience so others can avoid the same frustration. This company requires a $400 upfront payment before even contacting your insurance. When I asked what happens to that money after insurance pays, they said it would only be credited for future services. I only needed an allergy test, so that credit would have been useless—and the money would have gone straight into their pocket. To make matters worse, they would have billed me anyway because my insurance does not accept them, even though their website claims they do. This is misleading and unfair to patients. Everyone at the office was very kind, and I feel bad for the front desk staff who have to deliver this news. It’s not their fault, and they shouldn’t have to deal with this. The company should clearly inform patients before scheduling appointments or at least during e-check-in. Tip: Call your insurance provider first to confirm they are authorized under your plan. Don’t rely on what the website says.
