Aspire's Colorado Springs Main office is at 1625 Medical Center Point, Suite 190, in Colorado Springs. According to the practice, it serves Colorado Springs and nearby areas such as East Colorado Springs, Knob Hill and Northeast Colorado Springs. Its website lists Dr. Cody Aull, Dr. William Storms, Kathy Blair (PHD, FNP-BC), Kelly Eskew (FNP-BC) and Kori Schulte (FNP-BC, AE-C) at this office. Aspire describes ExACT Immunoplasty℠ as a form of intralymphatic immunotherapy: small amounts of allergen go into the inguinal lymph node, in the groin, under ultrasound guidance, three times over eight weeks. The practice says each procedure takes about 5 to 10 minutes, followed by a 60 minute observation period, and that up to three allergens can be included in each treatment series. The first step is an allergy test, which Aspire says covers up to 58 allergens with results the same day. If ExACT is a fit, the first treatment can be scheduled that same day. Patients need an epinephrine auto injector on treatment days, and anyone taking a beta blocker must have their doctor pause it for at least 24 hours before each treatment. Aspire also lists allergy drops, allergy shots, food allergy testing, oral immunotherapy for food allergies and sinus care among its services.

Kori is a great fit for me. She explained my signs, symptoms and treatment in a manner that was easily understood. Kori listened and responded to all of my questions in a personable, courteous and respectful manner. I would highly recommend this Aspire location for your sinus issues, questions and resolution.

Zachary Nance★☆☆☆☆

My experience was awful from start to finish. The entire process was extremely expensive, poorly communicated, and frustrating. I came in for an allergy test and waited over an hour to be helped. When I tried to ask the front desk a question, the staff member was short and rude with me and simply told me that I would be helped shortly and to have a seat. Cost was also not communicated clearly at all. When I specifically asked about the price, I was told it would be around $400. I then received a surprise bill for nearly $1,000. At no point was it clearly explained to me that the actual cost could be anywhere near that amount. I would have made a very different decision had the true cost been communicated upfront. Between the excessive wait, rude customer service, lack of communication, and a bill more than double what I was told to expect, I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. If you like your money and to have things explained to you please stay away from here.

Kori was very communicative, obviously knew her stuff, dug into various symptoms and topics I brought up to try and get more information instead of just pushing me out the door like many health systems do nowadays. Presented a plan to move forward to try and help me with my health issues, and followed up immediately afterwards. Highly recommend her
