To be abundantly clear, the staff and doctors were pleasant, friendly, and I don't believe there was any ill intent or intentional fraud. However, get a second opinion if they're recommending aggressive treatement/procedures and keep an eye on your billing My first appointment with them, they diagnosed me with allergies, GERD (by looking at my throat for 15 seconds in spite of the fact that I never had heartburn), a deviated septum, and narrow sinus passages. They instantly tried pushing allergy shots and surgery to which I protested and asked that we try less aggressive treatments first, because my symptoms were not that severe, more mild than anything. But they kept pushing to get me on the schedule for surgery. After realizing that the medication they prescribed me had severe potential side effects that in my opinion did not justify switching over, I decided to get a second opinion. The second doctor asked to see the scans they took of me to see what we were looking at. Long story short, we couldn't get them to send the scans to the doctor himself, and they could not give them to me in a format that I could give to the doctor. After additional scans with the second doctor, he determined that I had pristine sinuses that in no way justified surgery and that over the counter medications should be fine to manage my symptoms unless something changes. In other words, my push to see how I responded to less aggressive treatments first before trying to go down the surgery route was completely justified. Additionally, when I was first billed by them, which amounted to a massive out of pocket bill, way more than I was expecting, after I paid it, my insurance company informed me that the bill didn't look right. The insurance company said it was fishy; that is saying something. It took 6 months for the office to send my insurance the itemized bill. Because they only had a voicemail, and every time my insurance company called them to request it, no one responded. And every time I called asking them to, I received the same "Oh, we'll take care of it" but it never happened. When my insurance company finally did receive the itemized bill, they found that I'd been overcharged by 250 dollars. It then took another 2 months to get that money refunded to me.
