I’ve been going to this allergy clinic for over 10 years now, and this visit was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. When I arrived, I had two scheduled appointments, which was fine. One for my allergy shots/biologics and another follow-up appointment afterward. I had already needed to reschedule this follow-up because my previous provider was out of the office that day. I scheduled with this provider because I had seen her before and she had always been nice, but today was a completely different experience. Her name was Emma Argueta ( Nurse Practitioner) Her MA took me back to the patient room and spoke to me in a rude tone while asking questions. Then when the provider came in, the first thing she said was, “In the future, let’s schedule your appointment with me first and then do biologics after because you put me behind.” That immediately made me feel uncomfortable. The rest of the appointment felt rushed and dismissive. She only asked if I needed medication refills, checked my breathing, and even the way she instructed me to take deep breaths came across as rude. When the visit ended, she walked far ahead of me to the checkout area without even acknowledging me or saying goodbye. Overall, her attitude and professionalism were very disappointing, especially as someone who has been a loyal patient at this clinic for many years. Because of this experience, I specifically asked the front desk staff to never schedule me with her again in the future.

My son was terrified. Liz was INCREDIBLE. She was patient, kind, caring and worked so well with him. Carmela did the exact same. They both explained everything so thoroughly to him. He was able to understand what they were doing and why. He was even able to get both parts of the testing done in one appointment because they made him feel so calm, comfortable and confident. Thank you both for an amazing experience! We are looking forward to this life changing journey at Aspire Allergy & Sinus!
