The Absolute Best Service Under Pressure! I just have to share how incredibly grateful I am for your specialist team. I'm being induced on December 1st and needed a fast-tracked test to figure out if I was still allergic to penicillin for medical reasons. With my due date only five days away and this being a major holiday week, the urgency was overwhelming. But they went above and beyond to get me in for testing immediately. Seriously, I can’t thank them enough. The responsiveness and true dedication they showed especially during such a stressful, time sensitive period was truly outstanding. Getting that crucial medical information sorted out before my induction is a massive relief. I would recommend your practice to literally anyone. I will definitely be back if I ever need an allergy specialist again!
I cannot say enough about my daughter’s experience at Auni Allergy. She was allergic to peanuts and dairy since before age one. With the help of Dr. Patterson and her staff, we came up with a plan to help my daughter improve and eventually cure both of these allergies before age 4! We went though SLIT (sublingual immunotherapy) and worked our way through OIT (oral immunotherapy). At every single visit, the staff knew my daughter by name, and made her feel so at home. It got to the point where my daughter actually enjoyed going there to visit Stacy and get her “squishy” toys. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone struggling with allergies. Edit to add; the billing department is a complete disaster. Auni Allergy requires a credit card to be on file, which is fine. However, one of our office visit charges got stuck in insurance, and Auni flagged our bill as “overdue”, even though we hadn’t received a bill yet. They without us knowing charged a large amount of money to our card for that visit. Not only that, we are constantly receiving email and physical bills mailed to us, even though we are all paid up.
